Childbirth Education Classes

We offer childbirth education classes designed to prepare you for labor, birth, and the early postpartum period. Our classes are open to the public and are a great way to learn what to expect and explore tools for comfort and coping.

All of our classes focus on physiological birth and include hands-on techniques, practical information, and space for discussion.

We offer several class formats to fit different schedules, including one-day intensives, multi-week series, and shorter sessions focused on comfort measures.

Childbirth education classes are required for birth center clients. To determine which class you would be required to take, please speak with a birth center staff member.
