If you are looking for a doctor:
You are welcome to look through our “Find a Provider” section of this website for detailed information about names, specialties, photos, education and more. There are many ways to find a provider- either by clinic location, specialty, name, or gender.
We also have a Provider Directory that can be mailed to you or a loved one. This handy guide will also have all the information you need to search for a physician. If you would like a guide booklet, please call Community Relations at 608-364-5206 and they will gladly mail you one.
