Beloit Health System is hiring for a Human Resources Generalist at Beloit Memorial Hospital.

The Human Resources Generalist will provide support for the Human Resources functions in multiple functional areas. The HR Generalist will assist the Director in compilation and analysis of data for compensation changes. This HR Generalist will review, track, and document compliance with mandatory and non-mandatory training, continuing education, and work assessments. This may include safety training, professional licensure, certifications, aptitude exams and other as deemed appropriate. The HR Generalist will also routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including, but not limited to: data/process analysis and reporting, compensation, benefits and leave programs, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management and productivity, recognition, and morale.

Required:

• Associates Degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or related field required. Bachelors preferred.

• Equivalent direct experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

• Previous HR and HRIS experience is preferred.
