This position will:
Oversee daily operations of the Gift From the Hart Gift Shop and VIP Cafe
Schedule, train and supervise volunteers who work in both retail spaces
Coordinate with vendors for merchandise
Meet annual operating margin targets
Requirements include:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Minimum of 2 years' retail management and marketing experience
Knowledge of accounting fundamentals
