Beloit Health System has a
Registered Nurse opening at Beloit Memorial Hospital in our Surgery Department.
The
Registered Nurse will ensure proper preparation of patients for Surgical procedures, monitor
patient status and vitals, and assist with positioning, prepping and charting
of patients and procedures. In addition, the
Registered Nurse will assist with the administration of pre and post procedural medications
as ordered and assist in other areas as required. Includes on-call rotation.
This position requires:
RN ADN required; BSN preferred
WI or multistate RN license required
BLS required within 6 months of hire
Previous RN experience preferred
Previous surgical experience a plus
ACLS and PALS preferred
