Patient Care Assistant in our
Medical Surgical Department at Beloit Memorial Hospital.
The Patient Care Assistant is responsible to perform assigned duties to
enhance patient satisfaction by ensuring the nutritional needs of the
patient are met through one-on-one communication, readiness of patients
for meals, observation, and meal assistance, and maintaining a safe and
clutter-free environment. The Patient Care Assistant will assist the CNAs
as delegated with stocking nutritional supplements and other supplies.
Required:
High School diploma
Desire to assist patients and promote patient satisfaction
Ability to communicate effectively and professional with RNs, CNAs, and patients
