The Beloit Clinic is looking to add a Medical Assistant to their Gastroenterology team.
In this position you will room patients, assist providers with procedures,
reconcile medication lists, administer injections, triage and respond
to patient messages per protocol. The Medical Assistant will also assist
with clinical duties, ordering of supplies, scheduling procedures and
appointments, completing medication refills per protocol, and cleaning
exam rooms.
Required:
Graduate of an accredited program
Currently Certified or Registered as Medical Assistant in WI and/or IL
at time of hire, with the ability to get the other
Ability to triage messages
Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
Work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking abilities
Desired:
Previous GI experience
Great communication skills
Experience with Electronic Medical Records
