We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Hospice Clinical Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing staff members
with administrative and clerical tasks, help develop and implement policies
and procedures, and manage clinical information to establish immediate
and long-term therapeutic goals for our patients. This role is critical
in ensuring high-quality care and support for patients and their families
during end-of-life care. Additionally, the Hospice Clinical Manager will
oversee all aspects of patient intake processes and maintain positive
relationships with patients and their families.
Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Registered Nurse (RN) with a current state license in WI or IL with the
ability to obtain the other
Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, policies, and procedures
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency with clinical information systems and electronic health records (EHR)
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple
priorities
Preferred:
BSN
3-5 years Hospice experience or palliative care
Previous leadership
