Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) creates new, effective ways of coping in an effort to replace old, problematic behaviors, manage troublesome thoughts and feelings, and find balance when dealing with adversity.

This group is specifically designed for adults over the age of 18 struggling with issues such as:

• Emotional Regulation

• Finding and Keeping Healthy Relationships

• Setting Boundaries with Others

• Excessive Worrying

• Depression

• Self-destructive Behaviors

• Difficulty Expressing Emotions

• Anger Problems

Join us Wednesday mornings for a group designed to help learn to cope with problems in a new way. Mindfulness, creative activities, and open discussions are just a few things that you can expect during the group.

The group is facilitated by: Molly Pollyock, MS, LPC, NCC and Wanda Diderich, MS, LPC, NCC

Registration is required through the Counseling Care Center.
