Beloit Health System is hiring Pharmacists to join our team in our busy Pharmacy on a per diem basis to provide coverage for vacations and leaves.

This position will be responsible for:

Interacting with other health care providers to improve the medication use process
CPOE verification
Compounding and verifying sterile products, including chemotherapy
Supervising Pharmacy Technicians and students
ASP monitoring
Pharmacokinetic drug dosing
Medication reconciliation
Discharge medicating counseling
DUE managing and work on projects as assigned
