This position will:
Provide acute care coverage on a per diem basis to assist with increased
census and vacation coverage during the week
Provide one weekend per month of acute care coverage
Create and follow individual care plans to ensure a seamless transition
from the hospital setting to the next care setting
Training is provided
Required:
Graduated from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
OT license in WI
CPR within 90 Days of hire
