in our Community Relations and Marketing department!
You will play a pivotal role in connecting our organization to the surrounding
community with a specific focus on Hospice education. Your responsibilities
will include identifying potential partnerships, planning, and executing
outreach events and working collaboratively with local businesses and
community partners. You will collaborate with upper management and marketing
professionals to strategize ways to raise awareness about our Hospice
services while contributing to the well-being of the community.
This position will:
Be responsible for ensuring Hospice census targets are reached through
community and clinical education
Monthly reporting of census, referral progression and organizational visits
Collaboration with community partners to promote Hospice.
Work with physicians, senior care centers and marketing department
Attend and coordinate outreach events in the community
Build relationship with assisted living organizations and community partners
Requirements include:
Associates degree in related field required; Bachelor's preferred (medical
field preferred)
Two years' clinical experience (Hospice preferred)
Proven successful results in goal-driven roles
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Experience in community services, non-profit sector and/or volunteer-based
organizations
