Repair drywall, plaster and woodwork
Paint/stain materials
Possess knowledge of codes related to use of proper sealing of fire-rated
assemblies
Possess ability to prioritize work requests
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to work off hours as needed
Preferred:
5 years’ experience in similar, related trade
