Operating Engineer opening.
This position will:
Operate and maintain boilers, chillers, air-handlers and various pumps
and compressors
Keep equipment inspections and licensing current
Monitor building water treatment and make adjustments as needed
Diagnose and repair building mechanical equipment
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Three years’ experience in mechanics, electricity, control systems
and general maintenance
HVAC knowledge (controls and sequence of operations)
