Beloit Health System is hiring a Clinical Manager for Occupational Health and Wellness.

The Clinical Manager is an essential member of the leadership team. The Clinical Manager will coordinate and evaluate patient care, manage labor resources, resolve patient and staff issues, support staff development, assist in developing budgets and programs. The Clinical Manager may also assist within the nursing role at Occupational Health.

Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited nursing school, BSN preferred

• Active WI RN License

• BLS within 3 months of hire

• Preferred at least 5 years of nursing experience

• Preferred prior management experience

• Experience with EMR preferred
