Beloit Health System is adding a Medical Assistant to our team at Beloit
Clinic Obstetrics & Gynecology.
In this Medical Assistant position you will room patients, reconcile medication
lists, administer injections, respond to patient messages per protocol.
In this position you will assist with procedures, scheduling appointments,
completing precerts, completing patient forms - i.e. FMLA, short-term,
long-term disability forms, etc. Refilling medications per protocol, assist
with clinical duties, ordering supplies, and cleaning exam rooms.
Required:
Current Certification/Registration as a Medical Assistant at time of hire
OR Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program that must receive
Certification or Registration within 18 months of hire
Ability to multi-task and work in a team environment
Work independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking abilities
Desired:
Great communication skills
Experience with Electronic Medical Records
Prior experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology is preferred
