Beloit Health System is hiring for a Ophthalmology Clinic Float/Lead for
our Ophthalmology Department at Beloit Clinic.
In this position the Ophthalmology Clinic Float/Lead will coordinate department
staff schedules based on patient ratios, assist with direct clinical care
in entire department. This person will also train new staff, update competencies,
review/update job standards, and work with other team leads/directors
managing staff vacation requests. This Ophthalmology Clinic Float/Lead
will provide input with evaluations and corrective actions within the
department and act as a liaison between department and administration.
Required:
High School Diploma
Certification as COA or COT, or ability to obtain
2 years of experience working in a clinic is preferred
