This position will:
Perform all ultrasound examinations according to department protocols
Use proper imaging techniques and equipment to obtain scans of optimal quality
Provide technical support for smooth and efficient operation of the Ultrasound
Department
Responsible for staying abreast of current ultrasound skill and new development
in the field
Document pertinent history for each procedure to provide the radiologist
with adequate information prior to interpretation
Will rotate to multiple locations and participate in a call rotation
Required:
ARDMS certification in at least two (2) areas preferred
Registration in Vascular within 1 year of hire
CPR certification within 90 days of hire
Proficiency with computer skills and software programs used for documentation
activities and report generation.
Preferred:
One-year of experience, but will train new graduates
Experience with breast imaging and procedures

Shift: Varied
Hours: 72/pay period (36 per week)
