Immediate Opening: Front Desk Receptionist - 24 hour/week

This is an alternating weekend position and we would also like the employee to be flexible to pick up additional shifts during the week when needed. Weekend hours are 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

This position will:

• Greet/direct patients and visitors in a professional, warm and welcoming manner in order to leave them with a positive impression of Beloit Health System
• Perform various clerical duties including answering the phone by the 4^th ring

Required:

• Excellent phone skills
• Ability to assess communicated needs and respond appropriately
• Ability to effectively interact with the public
• Ability to work independently

Preferred:

• Customer service experience a plus
