This position will:
- Perform a variety of routine duties including clerical, technical, and patient relation functions
- Assist Imaging Staff and provide a broad range of health care services such as: patient check-in, exam review, preparation for the visit, patient education, assist with exams and procedures, and patient transporting
- Trained to use a wide variety of radiographic equipment, computers, and software
- May be assigned to work in a variety of imaging modalities
- Assist with exam on adults, geriatric patients, adolescents, and pediatric age groups and performs patient assessment within the scope of practice
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR within 3 months of hire
Preferred:
- Medical terminology and/or medical clinic reception experience
- 1-year relevant experience
- Excellent organizational, verbal communication, and interpersonal relation skills to be utilized with patients, public, and staff
