General Maintenance II opening. This position offers a competitive wage, with generous benefits,

This position will:
Perform preventative maintenance on items such as ice machines, garbage
disposals doors and motors
Complete minor plumbing repairs including faucets, showers and toilets
Complete grounds work, snow removal and interior safety rounds
Required:
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
Three years’ experience in mechanics, electricity, control systems
and general maintenance
