Beloit Health System is hiring for a Clinical Manager of Nursing for Beloit
Memorial Hospital Gastroenterology and NorthPointe Surgery Center.
In this position, the Clinical Manager will coordinate and evaluate patient
care of designated units, ensures and evaluate documentation of nursing
care and outcomes, and function as a clinical resource and role model
for staff. This Clinical Manager will also effectively manage labor resources
to ensure staff availability and productivity and resolves issues involving
patient, family, employees, physicians, and other disciplines. The Clinical
Manager will assess and supports staff development and learning needs,
assists in preparing annual budget and monitoring monthly reports for
areas of responsibility. Successful candidates will have a strong ability
to manage human and financial resources while ensure patient, staff, and
provider satisfaction, and maintain a safe environment for staff, patients,
and visitors.
This exciting leadership opportunity will report to the Director of Surgical
Services and work at both Beloit Memorial Hospital and NorthPointe Surgery Center.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited NLN School of Nursing
Current WI and IL Licensing
Experience in Nursing Leadership
Preferred:
BSN preferred
Previous Nursing Leadership within the Perioperative and/or Gastroenterological
