This position will:

• Evaluate and treat patients in a one-on-one outpatient setting
• Provide supervision to PTA staff, as appropriate
• Participate in a weekend rotation for acute care coverage at Beloit Memorial Hospital.

Education Required:

• Graduate of an accredited PT program.

License/Certification Required:

• PT license in WI & IL
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire (Completed on site)

Preferred:

• Those with dry-needling, vestibular, aquatics, pediatrics or other specialty interests are encouraged to apply
