Prepare for an empowered and positive unmedicated labor and birth experience. We will go over the anatomy of pregnancy, stages of labor, comfort measures and relaxation techniques, breastfeeding, and how to set yourself up for a successful natural labor and birth.
Price: $150 for NorthPointe Birth Center clients and $250 for non-clients.
