Basics of Diabetes & Healthy Eating

This class is designed to help individuals better understand diabetes and build practical skills for healthy eating and daily self-management.

Class Details:

• Location: Beloit Memorial Hospital

• Schedule: Held every other month

• Time: 4:00–6:00 PM (two-hour session)

• Minimum enrollment: Two participants required to hold the class

Arrival Instructions:
Please check in at the hospital front desk upon arrival. A staff member will escort you to the meeting location.
