Samson did an excellent 2nd wash of my eye, which resulted in my not having any burn afterwards (huge surprise), plus a much more manageable minor "smarting" during the evening, from my injection.

The only problem I want to address is the eye reception. Both people were very uncongenial. Very unfriendly. All of the other receptionist in other departments that I've visited are just the opposite, so I feel it isn't me.
