  Although I did have to wait awhile, I didn't mind because he took his time to listen to my concerns and really explained everything in a manner I could understand. He wasn't rushing through the process. Some facilities you feel like cattle, move them in and move them out as fast as possible. They don't take the time to explain and listen to patients concerns.
