    Dr. Palabrica and her staff have always treated me with dignity, kindness, and mutual respect. I always feel heard and educated about the care I receive. I have never left Dr. Palabrica's office feeling confused or uncertain about any ongoing care.

    Though it was my first time meeting Dr. Palabrica, her clear competence, knowledgability and experience made me feel comfortable scheduling surgery with her. She had a very no-nonsense, direct-but-kind demeanor (which I appreciated) while also taking care to make sure all my questions were answered, and the potential procedures I was consulting her about thoroughly explained.
