Commitment is never more evident than in the Expert and Compassionate Care
we provide through our Emergency Department. Our ER is a Level III Trauma
Center, the highest in Rock County, and due to our partnership with the
University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics, we have a direct tie with
the state’s highest-level trauma center. It starts with our Commitment
to provide Training and Medical Control to our local EMS caregivers. Our
partnership with the city and township of Beloit ensures when help arrives,
the paramedics and EMTs are trained in the latest lifesaving techniques
and are in direct communication with our team at the ER. When you arrive
at the ER you will be cared for by board-certified physician specialists
in emergency medicine. This team is backed by board-certified, fellowship-trained
physicians in cardiology, orthopedics, and surgery to provide immediate
care in our state-of-the-art Heart Hospital and operating suites…
because when seconds count, it matters, and we are here for you and your family.
Our Commitment to the Community is evident in our unwavering focus on Patient
Quality, Safety and Satisfaction… which is why we are making a
significant investment in converting all our inpatient rooms to private
suites to provide the privacy and space to deliver the Best Care and to
include the family in the healing process.
Our Commitment to the Community is also demonstrated by our continued implementation
of new programs and services, like our Freestanding Birth Center located
on our NorthPointe Campus, which is a one-of-a-kind service in Southern
Wisconsin and Northern Illinois. We understand the importance of empowering
women in the birth experience and are proud to provide this service to
our community.
Dedicated to Your Health
Beloit Health System is dedicated to your health by ensuring we have the
latest in technology, including state-of-the-art robotic-assisted surgery
through the addition of the latest da Vinci robotic surgical technology.
We are also adding the Intuitive Ion advanced pulmonology care robotic
system. We are the first in the region to have this technology. The Ion
enables our pulmonologists to have pinpoint accuracy when performing lung
biopsies to help diagnose and treat lung cancer earlier, which leads to
better outcomes and cure rates.
We are dedicated to Your Health by Improving Access to Care:
New Ortho Direct – Express Orthopedic Injury Clinic at our Lee Lane
facility. Treatment and access to our five-star orthopedic physician specialists
in joint replacement, sports medicine, shoulder and wrist, foot and ankle,
physical medicine, arthritis, and pain management. Most recently we also
added spine surgery by one of the region’s top physicians.
Expansion of our Urgent Care services – In addition to Convenient
Care at the Beloit Clinic and Immediate Care at NorthPointe, we are expanding
our Urgent Care services in our Emergency Room. This provides access to
care at a lower price point, with shorter treatment times.
Expansion of our primary care providers via the creation of the Gold Primary
Care Center in honor of Dr. Kenneth Gold, who established a legacy of
excellence in primary care in his 52 years of practicing in Beloit. This
will be a renovation of the fourth floor of the Beloit Clinic that will
update and expand space to add 10 new primary care providers. Your primary
care physician is your partner, your cornerstone in good health, helping
to navigate serious concerns and keeping you healthy with routine checkups.
