Volunteering for Hospice

Hospice is a special way of caring for patients diagnosed with a terminal illness and a prognosis of six months or less. The mission of Beloit Regional Hospice is to make each moment of remaining life as full and comfortable as possible.

Hospice Volunteers can provide support in the office or one on one with patients. Some volunteers choose to do both. All Hospice volunteers complete training prior to volunteering at Beloit Regional Hospice. Following the training session you will meet with the Volunteer Coordinator to determine what role with Beloit Regional Hospice you would feel most comfortable.
