Do you have a student who is in need of a sports physical for upcoming 2022-2023 school year? If so, you are in luck! The Sports Medicine Team from Beloit Health System are doing sports physicals on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at Hononegah High School fieldhouse from 8:30-4:30.

The cost is $30 (cash or check only) with a free give-away, and their physicals will be signed by an MD or APN.

*Note – This physical will not work for incoming freshman in Illinois or any immunizations.

**Note – If you are unable to make the June 2 date, we will be having 4 dates of sports physicals at our NorthPointe Campus in July (details to come).
