- Location: Lee Lane Sports Medicine Center
- Shift: 1st (8 and 10-hour shifts available)
- Schedule: Work hours between 7a-6p
- Hours per week: 40

This position will:
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting
- Supervise, as appropriate PTA staff.
- Will be in a weekend rotation for acute care coverage at Beloit Memorial Hospital.
- Education Required:
- Graduate of an accredited PT program.
- License/Certification Required:
- WI License
- CPR certification within 90 days of hire (Completed on site)
