• Location: Lee Lane Sports Medicine Center
• Shift: 1st (8 and 10-hour shifts available)
• Schedule: Work hours between 7a-6p
• Hours per week: 40

This position will:

• Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient setting
• Supervise, as appropriate PTA staff.
• Will be in a weekend rotation for acute care coverage at Beloit Memorial Hospital.
• Education Required:
• Graduate of an accredited PT program.
• License/Certification Required:
• WI License
• CPR certification within 90 days of hire (Completed on site)
