Duties will include:
Compounding sterile products and chemotherapy
Filling automated dispensing cabinets
Triaging phone calls
Assisting with department billing
Completing unit-dose medications
Maintaining department logs and performing unit inspections.
Requirements include:
completion of accredited course work and/or work experience for eligibility
to take the PTCB exam
Pharmacy technician certification (CPhT), Wisconsin and Illinois Pharmacy
Technician licensure.
Hospital/acute care and sterile compounding experience preferred.
