Immediate Opening: Foundation Executive Assistant – Full-Time
This position will:
Process daily receipts for all daily activities and fundraisers
Prepare monthly financial statements and accounts reconciliation
Responsible for bank deposits, check writing, 1099s, W-9 and 990 paperwork
Administer Foundation database
Prepare Board materials and acts as secretary to Board
Required:
Minimum of 3 years' as Executive Secretary / Administrative Assistant and
3 years' bookkeeping
Excellent planning, organization and attention to detail skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and QuickBooks
Great customer service skills and ability to work comfortably with donors,
board members, senior management, volunteers and community leaders
Preferred:
Experience in Non-Profit setting
Donor stewardship experience
Experience with Blackbaud software or similar donor database
