Beloit Health System is hiring for a Registered Nurse for Ambulatory Surgery.
In this position the Registered Nurse Ambulatory Surgery will perform high
quality pre/post-operative care of Surgical Patients. This Registered
Nurse provides patient and family education consistently and appropriately
identifying patient/family learning needs. This Registered Nurse will
implement appropriate education utilizing written, and/or verbal audiovisual
material, strictly abides with hospital infection control and patient
safety policies and procedures, and consistently performs all basic skills
required for nursing as described on unit-based competency record, policy
and procedures and as taught in orientation and skills day. This Registered
Nurse will appropriately assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the patients
plan of care. This Nurse also interprets assessment data and develops
an individualized plan of care which will lead to achievable patient outcomes.
Required:
Completion of Accredited Nursing Program
Current WI RN Licensure
BLS within 3 months of hire
Previous experience preferred, but not required
