This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Surgical Services located
in Beloit, WI. The Director of Surgical Services will be responsible for
overseeing perioperative, operating room, surgery, post anesthesia care,
sterile processing, and GI activities on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred in Nursing
Current WI & IL licensure required
Minimum of 5 years experience in perioperative, operating room, medicine,
surgery, and/or post anesthesia care
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work effectively in a healthcare team setting
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and quality standards in surgical services
