This position will:
Evaluate and treat in the outpatient setting
Supervise PTA staff, as appropriate
Will perform one weekend per month of acute care coverage at Beloit Memorial Hospital.
Education Required:
Graduate of an accredited PT program.
License/Certification Required:
WI and IL Licenses
CPR within 90 days of hire
