Specific Duties:
Issues purchase orders
Updates prices from vendor websites
Adds items to database
Reconciles invoices
Communicates with vendors, leadership, ad co-workers.
Answers phone
Uses various software and online websites
Education Required:
High school diploma
Previous Experience Desired:
Prefer experience in a fast paced office setting working with purchase
orders, invoicing, online ordering, phone, and one-on-one communication.
Special Qualifications:
Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and supply chain basics are very
helpful, such as issuing purchase orders, invoice reconciliation, and
understanding of inventory.
Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and willingness to adapt
to various essential job duties.
