Clinic Office Assistant for our Occupational Health Clinic located in Beloit, WI. This is a great Monday- Friday position, with the
possibility of some Saturday hours.

Clinic Office Assistant you will schedule patients, take messages, register patients, update patient
information, assist with drug screening, and assist with various other duties.
Required:
High School Diploma required
Experience with electronic medical records is preferred
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment
Great communication skills
Require BLS within 3 months of hire
