Immediate Opening: Social Worker II – Full-Time

This position will:

• Provide comprehensive mental health treatment to patients and families in cooperation with physicians, nursing and other professional interdisciplinary staff and community agencies.

Required:

• Strong background in community mental health
• Ability to diagnose and evaluate, and work with all ages and diverse populations
• Requirements include: Masters degree, post 3000 hours, minimum licensure as LPC or MSW.

Preferred:

• Ideal candidate will have 3000 hours post graduate experience and WI license as LPC, LCSW or LMFT. At least 3 years’ experience, experience with EMR and ability to work well independently and within a team environment
