Executive Chef 060.21B

We are seeking an Executive Chef to oversee staffing for all kitchen areas (prep, cafeteria, catering), plan and create menus for patients, retail and catering, manage cost controls and control expenditures within the approved budget and assure that sufficient pre-prepared items are available to meet demands and are stored in the appropriate manner.

Requirements include:

  • Associates degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of related culinary experience required and 1 year of supervisory experience preferred
  • Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products including Excel
  • Knowledge of food and industry trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, safety, cost controls and presentation and Department of Health or ServSafe certification at hire (preferred) or must otherwise obtain within 6 months of hire.
