In this position the Registered Nurse will work in our Internal Medicine Department. This position will offer you the opportunity to have a great work-life balance, work in a supportive team environment, flexible hours, and advancement opportunities. This position will answer phone messages for multiple providers by completing nursing assessment. In this position the Registered Nurse will also order labs per protocols, complete pre-certs, and refill medications per protocol.
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited program
- Currently WI & IL License
- Ability to triage messages
- Strong critical thinking abilities
- Ability to collaborate with many physicians
- Excellent listening skills
- Ability to work autonomously within defined protocols
Desired:
- Previous triage or clinic experience
- Great communication skills
- Experience with Electronic Medical Records
