Schedule: 4:30p-8:00a, 7 days on 7 days off
Hours per week: 80 per 2 week pay period

Beloit Health System Home Health, Beloit Regional Hospice is hiring for
a Registered Nurse Night Shift Case Manager.
The Night Shift Case Manager will has a flexible work life balance working
7 nights on 7 nights off in this salaried, full time position. In this
position the RN Night Shift Case Manager will direct patient care for
Beloit Regional Hospice patients. This person will need some experience,
as the nurse will rely on their assessment skills.
Required:
Graduate of accredited nursing program
ADN required, BSN preferred
Unrestricted WI or IL License with the ability to get the other upon hire.
Valid Driver's License
