Beloit Health System is adding to our team in Surgical Services for a Registered Nurse First Assistant.

In this position the RNFA will ensure proper preparation for surgical procedures, monitor patient status and vitals and assist with positioning, prepping and charting of patient and procedures. The RNFA will also assist with the administration of pre and post procedural medications as ordered, and assist in other areas as required. Assist the surgeon as directed.

Required:

• Completion of accredited nursing program (ADN), BSN preferred

• Completion of Surgical Assistant Program

• Current WI RN License

• Surgical Assistant Certification is preferred

• BLS required, ACLS and PALS preferred

• Required experience as RN in surgical services
