Then this Exciting Registered Nurse Opportunity is for You!
The Registered Nurse in Cardiac Rehab will assess, plan, implement and evaluate direct care during patient cardiac rehabilitation period. This RN will instruct patient on heart disease and a rehabilitation exercise plan and educate on health lifestyle, assess physical, psychological and social needs or patient. The RN will tailor a treatment plan according to patient’s needs.
Required:
  • Required: Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing, BSN preferred
  • WI licensure required, IL RN License preferred as well
  • CPR, ACLS, Cardiac Rehabilitation
  • Experience with implementation of care plans and teaching of cardiac disease processes
  • Critical care or intermediate care nursing experience preferred
  • Critical thinking skills and computer skills experience
  • Flexibility, cross training required and exercise physiologist
