Responsible for quality and compliance, coordinate services provided by the Interdisciplinary Team assuring that the patient and family needs are met, and care is provided consistent with federal and state regulations, Beloit Health System/Beloit Regional Hospice policies and procedures, and hospice standards of practice. Successful candidates must be able to work independently.
Job Requirements:
- Graduate of accredited school of nursing
- ADN required, BSN preferred
- Current WI or IL RN license required, with ability to get the other
- Excellent communications skills and assessment skills
