Registered Nurse for Peritoneal Dialysis.

Peritoneal Dialysis is a growing department that focuses on patient education
and quality care. The
Peritoneal Dialysis Registered Nurse works to improve the patient’s quality of life while maintaining
their independence. The Registered Nurse in Peritoneal Dialysis is responsible
for managing the care of home dialysis (PD) patients. The RN is required
to have excellent communications skills and assessment skills. The RN
is responsible for developing short and long-term plan of care, coordination
of patient care needs and documentation. Applicant must be able to work
independently, is a strong team player and wants to be involved with department
operations.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
BSN preferred (new hires must obtain their BSN within 5 years of hire date).
Current WI RN license required. Ability to obtain IL license.
Must be CPR certified
Two years of medical/surgical experience.
Dialysis experience preferred but willing to train.
Shift: 1st
Hours: 72/PP
