Beloit Health System is seeking a
Laboratory Manager to join our team and work in a lab that offers state-of-the-art technology
in all areas.
This position will:
Oversee day-to-day operations of all laboratory sites in coordination with
the other manager & director.
Be primarily responsible for the point-of-care program throughout the health system.
Oversee the training/competency for phlebotomists
Assist in CAP and Joint Commission inspections
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology/Medical Laboratory Science.
Certification by ASCP or equivalent
Four years’ experience as a Medical Technologist/Medical Laboratory
Scientist.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Excellent communication, verbal and written skills and ability to explain
complex issues to all levels of staff.
