Beloit Health System is hiring a Clinical Nurse Manager for Surgical Services
and Sterile Processing.
The Clinical Nurse Manager is an essential member of our leadership team.
In this position the Clinical Nurse manager coordinates and evaluates
patient care of designated units, ensures and evaluates documentation
of nursing care and outcomes, and functions as a clinical resource and
role model for staff. This Clinical Nurse Manager will efficiently manage
labor resources to ensure staff availability and productivity, resolves
issues involving patients, families, employees, physicians, and other
disciplines.
In the position the Clinical Nurse Manager will assess and support staff
development and learning needs, assist in preparing annual budget and
monitoring monthly reports for areas of responsibility.
Requirements:
Graduate of accredited nursing school, BSN preferred
Active WI RN License
Previous nursing leadership experience preferred
Preferred the ability to manage human and financial resources ensuring
a safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors
