In this position the Medical Assistant will
Room patients
Review and respond to messages per provider protocol
Give injections
Assist with procedures
Clean exam rooms
Complete documentation in the EMR
Refill medications per protocol
Order supplies
Required:
Graduate of an accredited program
Certified or Registered as Medical Assistant, or ability to obtain within 18 months
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong critical thinking abilities
Desired:
Previous clinic experience in Family Practice
Great communication skills
